	D. Leopoldo Martín Nebra and Doña Antonia Aznar Belenguer, are launched to the adventure of the world of the restoration. An adventure focused on a tapas service, but which would also have room for magnificent steaks and beef tenderloins, grilled crayfish or its characteristic tender garlic and wild mushrooms.
José Manuel Martín, son of the founders, takes the reins of the business. Keeping the essence of what his parents passed on to him, Manolo opens a new restaurant in Supervía Street. It is a spacious place, with a bar that displays seasonal products and that, together with the good work of his parents and his own, manages to become one of the culinary references of Zaragoza.
	Subsequently, on November 15, 2012, they opened a new restaurant in the Puerta Cinegia shopping center in Plaza España. A new, larger space that combines the remains of the Roman wall, fragments of ashlars and the most modern facilities.
Thanks to the constant support of his wife Yolanda and his daughters Carmen and Cristina as well as our great chef Iñaki, La Lobera de Martín has established itself not so much as a group of restaurants, but as a brand with its own seal of quality.
